Today is the second day we stayed in Biarritz. It was still raining cats and dogs and cold. In the morning, we went to the Red Pepper Town. People hang a lot of red peppers on the exterior walls of their houses. The town was very crowded today as there was a running race. All the runners had to run in the rain but they all seemed to enjoy it a lot. At night, we went to a restaurant to have dinner. As the restaurant is by the big ocean and the rain stopped, we were lucky to see the beautiful sunset! It is a great day for us !
