Today we had a picnic at lunchtime. French people like going on a picnic very much. We were grateful for all the food they prepared for us. After having a picnic at lunchtime, we visited Saint-Emilion, one of the principal red wine areas of Bordeaux. It is full of traditional architecture and it has long history.
The village was mainly built in the 13th century and it has many interesting historic features. We were all impressed by the unique Monolithic Church, which is almost totally underground. We also went to supermarket to buy some food for dinner and breakfast for tomorrow. Everyone helped preparing dinner. What a happy day!
