12 days into France, I have experienced a lot. From being with French students in Bordeaux learning about their culture, to having tours of different popular places in Paris. There were a lot of things that I have learned from such a long trip in an unfamiliar country, the differences in our cultures, view points on everything, and different things French people do daily. For example, they have different food etiquettes, they dress, behave and live differently. Their usual activities are also more interesting than what I’ve seen in Hong Kong. They often visit different places creating such a rich and full life. Today, we took the stairs up to the Eiffel Tower and saw the astonishing view of Paris. Though we only went to the second floor, we still managed to see everything within the mist of the clouds. It’s one of the best days I have experienced in Paris, the perspective I had for Paris before I came here has now completely changed.
