In the morning, the students visited a barrel factory and learnt a lot about the production of barrels. They have learnt how the aromas develop in the barrels now. 
In the afternoon, they went to a famous and big winery called Chateau D'Issan. Thanks to the guide, our students learnt a lot about the way to produce fine wine.
After that, they visited Chateau Lynch Bages, which is the best winery in Pauillac. They learnt the history and the old methods of wine making around a hundred year ago, as well as the differences about facilities used today.
